Prenatal Yoga Classes — Term Begins Wednesday 5th October

"Pregnancy is one of the most sacred moments in life. A new being is created within you, sharing this moment of life with other women generates security and confidence. Mothers go through an avalanche of emotions, happiness, fear, doubts and everything in between, however conscious breathing and gentle specifically designed movements can balance and shift your emotions and mind which will certainly benefit both mum and baby."

Our new 5-week term commences on Wednesday the 2nd of October from 5pm-6.10pm with Denise Duprat, an experienced prenatal teacher. No yoga experience necessary.
