Our restorative sessions heal the body and restore the body back to balance.
Intended to be healing and nurturing to counteract the effects of our hectic lives, restorative yoga offers gentle poses utilising props and supports to release tension in the body and mind. Feel rejuvenated and invigorated as you linger quietly in different poses that are designed to move our energetic system to optimal health.
The antidote to stress is relaxation; we use the invaluable tool of the conscious breath to remove areas of tension and to release unwanted discomfort or pain and its grip on your body.
When you finish you can feel a sense of liberation from soothing the nervous system, releasing physical tension, and quietening the mind.
