Yoga has been a daily part of my life for 25 years not just as a practice but as a way of life. The transformation I have experienced as a person validates yoga as being a tool for self-empowerment and reaching your full potential.

Yoga is at the core of the immense gratitude I have for the life I am living. My wish is to contribute to the growth and happiness of all who join our community at sriYoga.

It is in the practice of yoga that I find a state of unity. Through body movement I feel the connection with the earth. Listening to myself breathing is where I begin to perceive my depth, less tangible and infinite, like the sky. It is when I begin to recite mantras that sometimes I feel that I am part of something that is beyond…and at that moment I feel deep peace.

I am a yoga teacher trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, a qualified meditation teacher, and mum to three big kids. 

Having navigated a few challenging years of cancer treatment, I am passionate about exploring the power of yoga and mindfulness to soothe the nervous system and mitigate stress. 

I am thrilled to be part of the team at Sri Yoga.
