Group Yoga Classes
Group yoga classes in Bayside are categorised into Restorative, Strength & Flexibility, Prenatal and Meditation groups.
Beginners are recommended to commence with one of the restorative yoga classes and we will assess and guide you as to what class will be a personal best fit.
All levels are welcome to either of the meditation classes.
We always encourage you to work at your own pace. Yoga is non-competitive. We want you to feel like you’re the only one in the room
A personalised approach in group classes allows each participant to take part at any level, beginners, intermediate or advanced. Adaptions are always offered to suit the changes or limitations in your body. Our focus on the breath in every class deepens your practice and improves health.
Classes represent a specific focus over a period of 6 weeks so you have time to accomplish a certain element of yoga practice. Prenatal classes run over a 5 week focus period. You are able to join at any time during this period.
Casual visits are welcome. Please check availability at our Bayside studio in Brighton East.

Conscious breathing and gentle, specifically designed movements can balance and shift your emotions and mind which will certainly benefit both mum and baby. No yoga experience is necessary.
